Linkedin Tool Review: Ebsta – LinkedIn integration for Salesforce
I love exploring new LinkedIn tools so that I can make recommendations to my coaching students (executives, entrepreneurs and salespeople that want to learn how to use Linkedin to find leads, nurture prospects and close deals).
LinkedIn has a rich and ever-growing ecosystem of inexpensive (and sometimes free!) tools which you can use to achieve your business aims on autopilot: building lists of leads, growing your network, publishing content, sending personalised messages from you, and so on. What is Ebsta?
Ebsta is a SaaS data company which “provides Salesforce users with accurate data to maximise adoption,
team efficiency and closed business whilst getting GDPR ready.”
Their LinkedIn integration for Salesforce is a Chrome plugin which allows you to quickly cross-reference Salesforce without leaving LinkedIn. If you use Ebsta whilst browsing an individual’s profile on LinkedIn, it will reveal a dropdown menu containing all of the information logged in Salesforce CRM that your organisation has on that individual.
Why should you use Ebsta’s LinkedIn integration for Salesforce?
If you are a Salesforce and LinkedIn user, Ebsta is a HUGE timesaver.

This means you can (if you’re working in a team) always understand when your colleagues are working on a deal or see that no one has been in contact with the person for a few months.
